Who is The Market Place?
We are an agricultural marketing and communications firm based in Central Florida. We create web sites, produce videos, design ads and help clients run their conventions and trade shows. Additionally, The Market Place is a dba of the corporate Best Associates, Inc. So if you see either of those company names you are in good shape.
Why are you charging us?
This charge could be for a number of services. After all, we are pretty busy around here. Do any of these items ring a bell?
Convention Videos - We produce videos for many clients including FFA. Perhaps you or your child or high school ag teacher ordered a convention video.
Web site - Did your company recently develop a new web site. We require 50% up front and 50% at launch. So you could possible have one charge that looks like a duplicate but it's actually just 50% of the project
Ad design or misc consulting work. We allow clients to pay their bill on line - perhaps we designed and ad for them or helped with an email issue

Credit Card Processors
We try to accept payment in a way that is convenient for the client. Our credit card processors are Square and Paypal.
Can we get an invoice for the charges?
Yes, absolutely. We'll be glad to help with your record-keeping in anyway possible.

Doesn't ring a bell?
If it's still a mystery as to what this charge is, please email or call. A chargeback from a credit card company is no fun for you or for us. And, if we do receive an erroneous chargeback, we have to bill those fees back to the client.
